"My company is a one man operation. I have not always been good about the process of backing up information. It always seemed like such a chore and some of the services available seemed too expensive. However, RDS made the process easy. Once you setup the program it automatically runs. Other then the email notices I get, I basically forgot about it, until one dark Tuesday morning. I had spent a couple of days making major changes to one of my database systems and figured I would copy it off in the morning. Last week I was finishing my Tidbits publication and getting it ready to send to the printer. While putting it in the final format to be uploaded, I received an error message saying that one of the ads had a missing link. I looked for the file and realized that the entire folder was gone for that advertiser. I searched the entire hard drive for the files and could not locate them. They had vanished!
